Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping to Canada We ship within Canada using the following methods:
- Canadian Shipping — CAD $18.00 flat rate
- Free Shipping — complimentary on orders of CAD $300.00 or more
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Local Pickup — Tofino, BC Free local pickup is available at 659 Parlee Place, Tofino, BC V0R 2Z0. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order is ready — please bring your order confirmation when you collect.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected.
Address Changes If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
